【摘要】 目的:探讨化痰通络汤联合补阳还五汤对脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:选取医院收治的100例脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用电脑随机分组法将其分为两组各50例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用化痰通络汤联合补阳还五汤治疗,3个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效指标水平(颈动脉斑块、血脂及MMP-9、TIMP-1水平变化情况)。结果:治疗前两组患者的临床指标比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的斑块面积低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的MMP-9低于对照组,TIMP-1高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通络汤联合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死,可明显缩小颈动脉斑块,调节血脂,有效改善患者MMP-9、TIMP-1水平,具有较好的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huatuntongluo decoction combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:100 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huatuntongluo decoction combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction on this basis.After 3 months,the levels of clinical efficacy indicators(carotid plaque,blood lipid,MMP-9,TIMP-1 levels)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the plaque area of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MMP-9 in observation group was lower than that in control group,and TIMP-1 was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction can significantly reduce carotid artery plaque,regulate blood lipid,and effectively improve the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in patients,which has good clinical value.更多还原
