【摘要】 目的:通过观察透脓散合普济消毒饮加减联合西药治疗热毒炽热型急乳蛾的临床疗效。方法:纳入符合诊断标准的72例热毒炽热型急乳蛾门诊患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组36例。对照组予以阿莫西林胶囊0.5g,3次/d口服,兼以温水擦浴等;治疗组在此基础上加用透脓散合普济消毒饮加减口服。两组疗程均为5d,观察两组患者治疗后扁桃体肿大、化脓、咽痛、发热积分改善情况,热退时间、扁桃体脓点消失时间、咽痛改善时间及治疗总有效率、不良反应情况。结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(85.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗后扁桃体肿大、化脓、咽痛、发热等症状积分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的热退时间(1.55±0.71)d、扁桃体脓点消失时间(3.21±1.03)d、咽痛改善时间(2.73±0.85)均显著短于对照组的相应时间(2.26±0.81)d、(4.04±0.92)d、(3.23±0.87)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后两组均未见不良反应。结论:透脓散合普济消毒饮加减联合西医治疗可有效改善热毒炽热型急乳蛾患者临床证候,减轻患者痛苦,提高综合疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical observation of Tounong powder combined with Puji Xiaodu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of thermotoxin-flammed milk moth.Methods:72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of thermotoxin-flammed milk moth were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group was given amoxicillin capsules 0.5 g orally 3 times a day,and warm water rubbing bath was also used.The treatment group was added with Tounong powder and Puji Xiaodu decoction.The course of treatment in both groups was 5 days.Observation of tonsil enlargement,suppuration,sore throat,and improvement of fever scores,heat regression time,disappearance time of tonsillary pus points,improvement time of sore throat,total effective rate,and adverse reactions after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group(93.75%)was higher than control group(85.29%),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the tonsil enlargement,suppuration,sore throat,fever and other symptom scores were better in the treatment group than in the control group,P<0.05.In the treatment group,the time of heat regression(1.55±0.71)d,the disappearance time of the tonsil pus point(3.21±1.03)d,and the sore throat improvement time(2.73±0.85)were significantly shorter than those of the control group(2.26±0.81)d,(4.04±0.92)d,(3.23±0.87)d,both P<0.05;and no adverse reactions were seen in either group after treatment.Conclusion:The combination of Tounong powder and Puji Xiaodu decoction combined with western medicine for patients with thermotoxin-flammed milk moth can effectively improve the comprehensive effect,improve clinical symptoms,and alleviate the suffering of patients.更多还原
