正交试验优化马鞭草中马鞭草苷和戟叶马鞭草苷的水提取工艺

【摘要】 目的:优选马鞭草中马鞭草苷和戟叶马鞭草苷的提取工艺。方法:采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验设计考察料液比、提取时间、提取次数对马鞭草中马鞭草苷和戟叶马鞭草苷的提取工艺的影响。结果:马鞭草中马鞭草苷和戟叶马鞭草苷的最优提取工艺:料液比为1∶14,每次1.5h,提取3次。结论:优选提取工艺稳定可靠,可为马鞭草中马鞭草苷和戟叶马鞭草苷的提取提供参考。

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of verbenalin and hastatoside in Verbena.Methods:By using the HPLC and orthogonal experiment,with the content of verbenalin and hastatoside,amount of water added,extraction time and taking extraction time as the factors L9(34)orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimal technology was to add water with an amount14 times as much as that of drugs and 1.5 hfor each time,conduct extraction 3 times.Conclusion:The optimal extraction process is stable and reliable,which can provide reference for the extraction of vervain and vervain in vervain.
