【Abstract】 This paper discusses and analyzes the plight of the continuing education of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools from four aspects: the consciousness of students, the thought of in-service PE teachers, the deficiency of the content of contnuing education and the lack of reward mechnism for PE teachers in primary and middle schools, and then comes to the following conclusions:(1)Teachers should establish the concept of lifelong learning and enhance the consciousness of continuing education;(2) Diversified and hierarchical courses and contents are effective ways for teachers to participate in continuing education;(3) Schools should pay more attention to PE teachers in primary and secondary schools, especially in continuing education, and provide necessary support.更多还原
