某烧绿石尾矿选铌试验研究

【摘要】 国外某地含有丰富的烧绿石资源,属碱性碳酸盐矿体,原矿Nb2O5含量大于1%,在经历长流程胺法浮选烧绿石之后,尾矿含Nb2O5较高,铌资源未能得到综合回收,该烧绿石尾矿仍具有较高的回收价值。由于该尾矿长期在尾矿库堆存,药剂污染严重、含泥量较大,本工艺采用"预先磨矿擦洗—脱泥"的工艺改善其浮选性质,然后通过"磁选—脱钙"的工艺进行杂质矿物的脱除抛弃,最终采用螯合类组合捕收剂实现烧绿石的选择性高效捕收。在原矿Nb2O5品位为0.71%的条件下,获得了Nb2O5品位为55.07%、Nb2O5回收率为38.23%的烧绿石精矿,使尾矿中烧绿石资源得到综合有效回收。

【Abstract】 A certain place abroad is rich in pyrochlore resources, which belong to alkaline carbonate orebody, and the content of Nb2O5 is more than 1% in the raw ore.After flotation of pyrochlore by amine method in a long process, the content of Nb2O5 in tailings is high, the niobium resources haven’t been recovered comprehensively, and the tailings still have high recovery values.Due to the long storage time in tailings pond, the chemical pollution is serious and the mud content is large.In this process, the “grinding scrubbing-desliming” process is used to improve its flotation properties in advance, and then the impurity minerals are discarded through the “magnetic separation-decalcification” process.Finally, the hydroxamic acid combination collector is used to realize the selective and efficient recovery of pyrochlore.Under the condition of raw material Nb2O5 grade of 0.702%,chlorite concentrate with Nb2O5 grade of 52.35% and recovery of 50.24% was obtained, and the pyrochlore resources in tailings are recovered.
