乙硫氮作捕收剂时无机调整剂加药顺序对典型硫化矿物浮选的影响

【摘要】 研究了乙硫氮作捕收剂时无机调整剂硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠、硫化钠和硫酸铜不同加药顺序对典型硫化矿物黄铜矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿和黄铁矿浮选行为的影响。结果表明,调整剂与捕收剂的加药顺序对硫化矿物浮选的影响不同。与调整剂先加时相比,乙硫氮先加,硫酸锌对黄铜矿和方铅矿浮选的抑制作用减弱;硫酸锌、低用量硫酸铜、亚硫酸钠或硫化钠对闪锌矿浮选以及硫酸铜对黄铜矿和方铅矿浮选的抑制作用更强;硫酸锌或硫酸铜对黄铁矿浮选以及较高用量硫酸铜对闪锌矿浮选的活化作用相当;亚硫酸钠或硫化钠对黄铜矿、方铅矿和黄铁矿浮选的影响很小。研究结果可为部分硫化矿通过改变调整剂与捕收剂的加药顺序提高矿物浮选分离效率提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 The flotation behavior of chalcopyrite,galena,sphalerite and pyrite was studied by adding inorganic regulators such as zinc sulfate,sodium sulfite,sodium sulfide and copper sulfate in different order with diethyl dithiocarbamate as collector.The results show that the order of adding regulator and collector has different effects on the flotation of sulfide minerals.Compared with adding regulator first,adding diethyldithiocarbamate first can weaken the depressing effect of zinc sulfate on chalcopyrite and galena flotation.Zinc sulfate,low dosage of copper sulfate,sodium sulfite or sodium sulfide have stronger depressing effect on sphalerite flotation,and copper sulfate has stronger depressing effect on chalcopyrite and galena flotation.The activation effect of zinc sulfate or copper sulfate on pyrite flotation is equivalent to that of copper sulfate with higher dosage on sphalerite flotation.Sodium sulfite or sodium sulfide has little effect on the flotation of chalcopyrite,galena and pyrite.The research results can provide reference for improving the flotation separation efficiency of some sulfide ores by changing the adding sequence of regulator and collector.
