WFS往复式磁选机的研制及应用

【摘要】 针对强磁性矿物预选领域广泛应用的筒式磁选机磁场强度衰减大,磁场作用深度小,磁场不均匀且夹带严重等问题以及带式磁选机皮带表面磁场强度衰减大,皮带使用寿命较短且更换复杂费用高的问题研制了WFS往复式磁选机,介绍了WFS往复式磁选机的分选原理及技术特点。WFS1216往复式磁选机在广东某石英砂选厂进行工业应用,在给矿Fe2O3含量为0.065%的情况下,经过一次选别,取得的石英精砂含Fe2O30.042%,在精砂产率97.12%的情况下作业除铁率可达37.24%,有效去除了机械铁和强磁性矿物,避免了后续作业流程中强磁选机介质堵塞,设备运转平稳,故障率低。WFS往复式磁选机的研制为强磁性矿物预选领域增加了一种新型设备,在背景磁感应强度较高的情况下还可以用于弱磁性矿物的分选,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the magnetic field strength of the magnetic field is greatly attenuated,the depth of the magnetic field is small,the magnetic field is uneven and the entrainment is serious of cylinder magnetic separator and the belt surface magnetic field strength attenuation is large,belt life is short and replacement cost is high of belt magnetic separator, WFS reciprocating magnetic separator is developed.The sorting principle and technical characteristics of WFS reciprocating magnetic separator are introduced.WFS1216 reciprocating magnetic separator is used in industrial application in some quartz sand plant in Guangdong.Under the condition that the Fe2O3 content of the ore feed is 0.065%,the quartz fine sand obtained after one sorting contains 0.042% Fe2O3.When the refined sand yield is 97.12%,the iron removal rate of the operation can reach 37.24%,which effectively removes mechanical iron and strong magnetic minerals,avoids the medium jamming of the strong magnetic separator in the subsequent operation process,the equipment runs smoothly,and the failure rate is low.The development of the WFS reciprocating magnetic separator has added a new type of equipment to the field of strong magnetic mineral pre-selection.It can also be used for the separation of weak magnetic minerals under the background of high magnetic induction intensity,and has broad market application prospects.
