【摘要】 “双一流”建设是中国高等教育领域的国家战略，一流高校和一流学科建设需要一流的实验室作为支撑。以“双一流”战略背景下高校化工类实验室的安全体系建设为切入点，分析了当前高校实验室安全体系建设存在的制度建设不完善、教育培训不到位、管理团队不专业和安全设施不先进等问题。同时，从实验室制度建设、实验室安全文化建设、实验室管理团队建设等方面对一流实验室安全体系建设进行了阐述，并提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 “Double First-Class” construction is Chinese national strategy in the field of higher education. First-class universities and first-class disciplines construction require first-class laboratories as a support. This article takes the safety system construction of chemical engineering laboratories in colleges and universities under the background of “Double First-Class” strategy as a starting point, and analyzes the current problems of institutional safety system construction in colleges and universities, including the imperfect system construction, the inadequate education and training, the unprofessional management team and the unadvanced safety facilities. Meanwhile, the article elaborates the construction of first-class laboratory safety system from the following aspects: laboratory system construction, laboratory security culture construction, the establishment of laboratory management team, and makes proposals.更多还原
