【Abstract】 Biochemical theory and experiment are important basic courses for biotechnology major. How to choose teaching methods and means is the key to classroom teaching. With the emergence of new teaching methods and means, various teaching methods and teaching means(PBL method, wisdom classroom teaching, etc.) are organically introduced into the teaching practice of biochemical theory and experiment so as to truly establish the student-centered teaching mode.
