【摘要】 鉴于现阶段国内众多高校对高效液相色谱在管理模式及运行过程中遇到的诸多问题,基于共享理念,并结合已取得的成果及经验,介绍了高效液相色谱多元化共享运行的新模式。分别从仪器设备共享平台运行模式、管理制度、多元化共享模式应用等方面进行了概述,提出了高效液相色谱共享运行的诸多建议。高效液相色谱仪多元化共享模式的成功运行,既促进了高校内部资源的共享,又提高了贵重仪器设备的利用率,也为相关高校中高效液相色谱的管理以及更多大型仪器设备的共享运行提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of various kinds of problems encountered by many domestic universities in the management mode and operation process of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), this paper introduces the new model of HPLC diversified sharing operation based on the sharing concept and the existing achievements and experience. The current paper mainly summarized the operation mode of instrument and equipment sharing platform, management system, and application of diversified sharing mode, as well as proposed many suggestions for HPLC sharing operation. The successful operation of HPLC diversified sharing mode in our laboratory not only promotes the sharing of internal resources of the university laboratory, but also improves the utilization rate of valuable instruments and equipment. This paper is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the management of HPLC in other universities, even the sharing management of many other large-scale instruments in domestic universities.更多还原
