师范院校化学专业学生创新能力的培养
Innovative ability cultivation for chemistry students in normal universities
【摘要】 通过加强教师队伍建设,增强教师培养学生创新能力的素质和解决教师自身创新能力不足的问题。鼓励学生参与科研,建设综合化学实验室,开设综合化学实验,优化实验室管理模式,指导大学生创新创业项目训练、举办高水平学术讲座和参加化学专业竞赛等一系列措施,解决了师范院校化学专业学生创新能力培养的一些问题,为更好地培养创新型人才开辟了新途径。
【Abstract】 By enhancing the ability and level of teachers’ scientific research, the problems of enhancing the quality of teachers’ ability to cultivate students’ innovative ability and how to solve teachers’ lack of their own innovative ability are solved. Encouraging students to participate in teacher research projects, building integrated chemical laboratories, setting up comprehensive chemical experiments, optimizing laboratory management, guiding college students in innovation and entrepreneurship projects, holding high-level academic lectures and attending chemistry professional competitions and a series of measures, which solves some problems of cultivating students’ innovative ability and opens up a new way for the innovation of chemistry major students in normal universities.
