少台套数大型仪器设备开放共享制度探索与实践

【摘要】 针对少台套数大型仪器设备管理规范性不足、建设不完善的情况,以武汉大学动力与机械学院电镜室扫描电子显微镜的管理为例,对其开放共享制度建设进行了一定的探索。采用集约化的管理策略,包括精准预约、重点培训、开放共享与配套保障制度的建设,规范了学院电镜室的管理,提高了电镜的使用效益。据统计,年度电镜室开放率和设备机时利用率分别高达90.7%和141.5%。为少台套数大型仪器设备的管理及其制度建设提供了行之有效的参考,并具有现实意义。

【Abstract】 In view of the lack of standardization and imperfect construction of large-scale instruments and equipment with few sets, the management construction of open and sharing system of large-scale instruments and equipment is explored. The management of scanning electron microscopes of School of Power and Mechanical Engineering, Wuhan University is used as an example. In this case, the intensive management strategy is used, including precision reservation, key training, opening and sharing and the construction of supporting safeguard sits, which has standardized the management and improved the efficiency of the scanning electron microscopes laboratory. It is investigated that the annual laboratory opening rate and equipment utilization rate as high as 90.7% and 141.5%, respectively. It provides an effective and practical method reference for the management and system construction of large-scale instruments and equipment with few sets.
