自动数据处理软件在“化学海洋学实验”中的应用
Application of automatic data processing software in chemical oceanography experiments
【摘要】 "化学海洋学实验"是海洋化学本科生的实验课程,在海洋化学专业的课程体系中占有重要地位。该课程所开设的实验在进行数据处理时,均需要经过复杂和繁琐的计算过程。为了快速验证学生实验数据的可靠性和最终结果的准确性,以"海水碳酸钙饱和度的测定"实验为例,用R语言编写了计算程序,用Java集成了可视化软件,可以快速得到最终实验结果,大大简化了运算过程。计算程序的成功编写和应用,对于简化计算程序、提高学生实验的准确性和教师的工作效率,具有重要的作用,并可在其他计算复杂的实验中加以推广应用。
【Abstract】 Chemical oceanography experiment is an experimental course for marine chemistry undergraduates. It plays an important role in the curriculum system of marine chemistry specialty.The experiment in this course needs to go through complicated and tedious calculation process in data processing.In order to quickly verify the reliability of students’ experimental data and the accuracy of the final results, taking the"Determination of Calcium Carbonate Saturation in Seawater" experiment as an example, the calculation program is written in R language, and the visualization software is integrated in Java. The final experimental results can be obtained quickly, which greatly simplifies the calculation process. Successful compilation and application of computational programs play an important role in simplifying computational procedures, improving the accuracy of students’ experiments and the efficiency of teachers’ work, and can be popularized and applied in other complicated computational experiments.
