LNG接收站用BOG压缩机低温活塞应力分析
Stress Analysis of Low-Temperature Piston of BOG Compressor Used in LNG Terminal
【摘要】 BOG压缩机是LNG接收站的关键设备之一,保证其安全运行十分重要。由于进气温度低,其活塞承受宽幅温度变化。通过建立活塞传热模型和力学模型,分析了BOG压缩机预冷启动及运行工况下活塞的温度和应力变化。研究表明:启动过程和运行中活塞温度分布不均匀,中间毂部温度高于端面温度。温差造成活塞在加强筋与端面连接处产生较大的应力。改进活塞结构后最大应力从426.4 MPa降低至256.95 MPa,应力分布情况得到了改善。
【Abstract】 BOG compressor is one of the key equipments of LNG terminal. For this reason,it is essential to ensure its safe operation. Due to the suction temperature is low,so its piston undergoes severe temperature changes. This paper established the heat transfer model and mechanical model of piston and studied the changes of temperature and stress of BOG compressor piston under the pre-cooling start process and operating conditions. It is concluded that the temperature distribution is uneven during start-up and operation,and the temperature of the middle hub is higher than the temperature of cover plate,which caused a relatively large stress on the connecting position between the rib and the cover plate of piston. After the improvement of piston structure,the maximum stress is reduced from 426. 4 MPa to 256. 95 MPa,as a result the stress condition of the piston has been improved.
