大熊猫血液微量元素、血常规及生理生化指标测定及分析
Determination and Analysis of Trace Elements, Clinical Indicators,and Physiological-Biochemical Blood Indices of Captive Giant Panda
【摘要】 本研究系统地检测了大熊猫血液微量元素、血常规及生理生化指标。研究发现,微量元素中镁元素的含量在不同年龄段间呈现差异。通过性别和年龄变量进一步两两比较发现,镁、锌、铁元素差异显著。血液生理生化结果显示大熊猫生理生化指标ALT、ALP两项参数在亚成年、成年及老年不同年龄段间差异显著(P <0.05),其余生化指标未呈现年龄间显著差异。性别和年龄变量比较发现ALP、ALT、TP 3项指标差异显著。血常规指标年龄分组中PLT在年龄间呈现随年龄增长指标下降趋势。性别和年龄分组多重比较发现MCV、NEUT%、LYMPH#、MCH、PLT、P-LCR指标均有差异(P <0.05)。检测结果对大熊猫的健康监测与评估、疾病诊断和治疗有重要的价值和意义,可为评价大熊猫健康状况、临床诊疗等提供有价值的参考。
【Abstract】 We studied trace elements in blood,standard blood chemistry,and physiological and biochemical indexes of giant pandas. The content of magnesium in trace elements differed among age groups( sub-adult,adult,and old). Blood content of magnesium,zinc,and iron differed by age and gender groups. Blood physiological and biochemical results showed that the indexes ALT and ALP of giant pandas differed among age groups( P < 0. 05),while other biochemical indexes were similar across age groups. Comparing gender and age variables,ALP,ALT and TP were significantly different. In the age group of blood routine index,PLT showed a downward trend with increasing age. Multiple comparisons of gender and age groups showed that MCV, NEUT%,LYMPH#,MCH,PLT and P-LCR were all different( P < 0. 05).
