【Abstract】 Both based on common values and pursuits,deliberative democracy and grassroots governance share the same nature and are complementary to each other.Interactions between the two will make them interdependent on each other,thus making positive changes and achieving the purpose of joint development.Based on an in-depth analysis of interactions between the two,this paper concludes that they can realize joint development by improving institutional efficiency,promoting extensive development,and accumulating social capitals.更多还原
