【Abstract】 Despite COVID-19 was ravaging the whole world in 2020, the textile chemical industry and the dyeing and finishing industry still further strengthened the management and the control to harmful textile chemicals. The new stipulations and requirements for prohibited and restricted textile chemicals in 2021 on the international market were in the paper described from three respects, such as new changes of three restricted substances lists in the REACH regulation, new standards of STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX~? and new requirements of AAFA RSL and other regulations.更多还原
