高眼压动物模型的研究进展

【摘要】 青光眼是全球第2位致盲眼病,是一类以特征性视神经萎缩和视野缺损为共同特征的疾病,最主要的危险因素是病理性眼压升高。目前该病发病机制、发展过程尚不完全清楚,在研究该病病理生理中,高眼压动物模型的建立起到很大作用,作为人类研究疾病的载体,动物模型是探索疾病发病机制的有力工具。本文就国内外学者研究过程中常用的高眼压实验动物模型(包括实验诱导模型和转基因模型)进行系统概括并简要分析各种模型的优缺点。

【Abstract】 Glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness in the world. It is a type of disease characterized by characteristic optic atrophy and visual field defects. The most important risk factor is pathological increase in intraocular pressure. At present, the pathogenesis and development process of the disease are not fully understood. In the study of the pathophysiology of the disease, the establishment of an animal model of high intraocular pressure plays a significant role. As a carrier for human research on the disease, the animal model is a powerful tool to explore the pathogenesis of the disease. This article systematically summarizes the experimental animal models of high intraocular pressure commonly used in the research process of domestic and foreign scholars(including experimental induction models and transgenic models) and briefly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each model.
