【摘要】 目的:探讨硫酸依替米星注射液的不良反应,为临床使用依替米星注射液提供参考。方法:收集南昌市第一医院2019—2020年上报的硫酸依替米星注射液使用时发生的4例不良反应,结合国内外相关文献,探讨不良反应发生的可能原因。结果:4例不良反应累及中枢神经、皮肤及呼吸系统,临床表现为头晕、眼花、高热寒战及四肢风团样皮疹伴瘙痒,严重者发生呼吸困难、不能耐受的耳鸣反应,因此临床使用依替米星注射液时应关注患者尤其是老年患者等特殊人群的用药反应。结论:严格掌握依替米星注射液使用适应证、掌控其静脉滴注速度、正确按照说明书使用剂量、完善药品ADR监测及积极开展药学监护可提高依替米星注射液临床使用的安全性,减少其不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the adverse reactions (ADR) of etimicin sulfate injection and provide reference for clinical using of etimicin sulfate injection.Methods:A total of 4 cases of etimicin sulfate injection’s ADR reported in The First Hospital of Nanchang during 2019—2020 were collected to investigate the causes of ADR.The possible causes of ADR were discussed based on domestic and foreign literatures.Results:4 cases of ADR involved the central nervous system,skin and respiratory system.Clinical manifestations were dizziness,high fever and chills,wind-like rash on limbs with pruritus,dyspnea and intolerable tinnitusin severe cases.Therefore,attention should be paid to the drug reaction of patients,especially special population like elderly patients when etimicin sulfate injection was used clinically.Conclusion:The safety of clinical use of etimicin injection can be improved by strictly mastering the indications of etimicin injection,controlling its intravenous infusion speed,correctly using dose according to the instructions,improving ADR monitoring and actively carrying out pharmaceutical care.更多还原
