钙化焙烧法脱除二次铝灰中氮的试验研究

【摘要】 针对二次铝灰中氮化铝导致的铝及其化合物浸出效果不佳的问题,采用钙化焙烧法处理二次铝灰。重点研究配料比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对二次铝灰脱氮率的影响。结果表明,钙化焙烧法可快速降低二次铝灰中氮化铝含量,可将二次铝灰中不利于浸出的氮化铝和氧化铝转变成易于浸出的12CaO·7Al2O3。最佳脱氮工艺参数条件:配料比为mCaO:m铝灰=0.4、焙烧温度900℃、焙烧时间300min,在此条件下二次铝灰的脱氮率为85.25%。研究结果可为钙化焙烧法提高二次铝灰中铝及其化合物的浸出率提供参考。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of poor leaching of aluminum and its compounds caused by aluminum nitride in secondary aluminum ash,the secondary aluminum ash was treated via calcification roasting.The focus is on studing the influence of mass ratio,roasting temperature and roasting time on the nitrogen removal rate.The results showed that calcification roasting could quickly reduce the aluminum nitride content in the aluminum ash.The calcification roasting could transform aluminum nitride and aluminum oxide that are not conducive to leaching into 12 CaO·7Al2O3 which is easy to leaching.The optimal process parameters for nitrogen removal treatment of secondary aluminum ash by calcification roasting were also obtained simultaneously.When the mass ratio of calcium oxide to aluminum ash was 0.4,roasting temperature was 900 ℃ and roasting time was 300 min,the nitrogen removal rate of secondary aluminum ash was 85.25%.The results provided a reference for the calcification roasting method to improve the leaching rate of aluminum and its compounds in secondary aluminum ash.
