天津市传染病信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 目的:为实现与国家疾病预防控制直报系统的对接和数据交换,提升天津市传染病信息报告监测管理和分析预警的能力,设计天津市传染病信息系统。方法:采用Java Web、地理信息系统(geographic information systems,GIS)、MySQL等相关技术,依托天津市医疗健康大数据中心的计算资源和储存资源,按照国家信息安全等级保护三级要求,搭建应用服务器、交换服务器、数据库服务器3层架构,整个系统由传染病数据交换系统、传染病监测分析信息系统、传染病疫情简报自动撰写系统、传染病自动预警预测系统和传染病辅助决策综合展示系统5个子业务应用系统组成。结果:该系统实现了天津市范围内传染病信息的整合共享及传染病监测和动态预警等核心业务管理。结论:该系统对天津市传染病预防控制工作起到有力的信息支撑作用,提升了疾病预防控制的信息化水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To construct Tianjin Infectious Disease Information System to realize the docking and data exchange with the national infectious disease direct reporting system and complete the city’s infectious disease information report monitoring management,analysis and early warning.Methods The system was developed with Java Web,geographic information systems(GIS),MySQL and other related technologies,which used the computing and storage resources of Tianjin Health Care Data Centre to build a 3-tier architecture of application server,exchange server and database server in accordance with the requirements of the national information security level 3 protection.There were five application subsystems involved in the entire system for infectious disease data exchange,infectious disease monitoring and analysis,infectious disease epidemic briefing auto writing,infectious disease auto warning and prediction as well as infectious disease auxiliary decisionmaking integrated demonstration.Results The system developed enabled the integration and sharing of information on infectious diseases and the management of core operations such as infectious disease monitoring and dynamic early warning within Tianjin.Conclusion The system provides information support for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Tianjin and enhances informatization for disease prevention and control.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(6):51-55]
