研究型毕业设计在食品专业人才培养中的教学改革与实践——以昆明理工大学食品科学与工程专业为例

【摘要】 研究型毕业设计是提升工科院校人才培养质量的重要方法.毕业设计在实施中包括设计选题与设计过程安排2个主要环节.在题目优选方面,可结合教师的纵向科研课题、横向科研项目、学生的大创项目、学科与产业发展等4个途径进行选题;研究型毕业设计的实施可设计为4个步骤:实验室研究、初步设计、工厂实习、修改和完成设计.研究型毕业设计具有产学研结合、真实性强、设计基础扎实的特点,能够有效激发学生的工作积极性,工作效率较高,对学生的工程训练较完整,是培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力、提升学生工程设计能力的有效方法.
【Abstract】 Research-oriented graduation project is an important method to improve the teaching quality for engineering-majoring undergraduates in the engineering universities. Generally, a graduation project is comprised of two major parts: the selection of the research topic and the procedures. The selection of a good research topic can rely on the teacher’s research projects, the student’s innovation projects and the orientations in industrial development. The implementation of research——oriented graduation projectsfalls into four steps: lab-based experimental research, preliminary project design, factory-based internship, and modification and completion of the project. Research-oriented graduation project is characterized by the integration of industry, education and research, strong authenticity and solid project foundation. It can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of student and efficiency, and improve the quality of their engineering training. It is an effective method to cultivate the ability of student to solve complex engineering problems and improve their overall ability.
