水力发电厂水轮机固定导叶裂纹研究

【摘要】 固定导叶是水轮机很重要的组成部分,兼具水轮发电机组导流和支撑机组转动部分和发电机的双重作用,对水轮发电机组的发电经济效率和安全运行具有重要的影响。针对云南水电厂水轮机固定导叶出现裂纹的现状进行调查,根据固定导叶及焊缝裂纹产生条件及原因,结合具体案例的固定导叶裂纹检测进行分析,为预防固定导叶裂纹的产生提出预防建议,从而提高固定导叶的使用性能,以促进水轮发电机的安全运行。

【Abstract】 Stay vane is an important part of the hydraulic turbine. The stay vane can guide the flow of water and be of a support for running part of generating unit and alternator, which is essential to economic efficiency and safe operation of power unit. During the current investigation of Hydraulic turbines stay vane in hydropower power Station in Yunnan province, cracks were frequently found in the surface and welding seam, the cracked vanes were tested and analyzed. Suggestion was made to prevent cracks and improve the usability of stay vane, ensuring safety generation of hydraulic turbine.
