床旁即时超声技术对血液透析患者容量负荷评估研究进展
Research progress of bedside real-time ultrasound technology in evaluating volume load of hemodialysis patients
【摘要】 接受血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者往往存在水钠代谢紊乱。容量过负荷可导致心功能不全、肺水肿和体循环水肿等并发症,并影响预后。准确安全的容量负荷评估技术可降低透析患者病死率和并发症发生率。近年来,床旁即时(POC)超声成为危重监护病房无创便捷的一线评估工具,对容量负荷可作出精确判断,并指导补液或脱水治疗方案。文章就POC超声对血液透析患者的容量评估价值与方法作一综述。
【Abstract】 Chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment often have disorders of water and sodium metabolism. Volume overload can lead to complications such as cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary edema, and systemic edema, and affect the prognosis. Accurate and safe volume load assessment technology can reduce the mortality and complication rate of dialysis patients. In recent years, point-of-care(POC) ultrasound has become a non-invasive and convenient first-line assessment tool in critical care units. It can make accurate judgments of volume load and guide fluid or dehydration treatment plans. This article reviews the value and methods of POC ultrasound in evaluating the volume of hemodialysis patients.
