【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在提高精神分裂症患者个体化康复治疗执行率中的效果。方法以品管圈活动实施前我科室住院的115例精神分裂症患者为对照组,以品管圈活动实施后我科室住院的115例精神分裂症患者为观察组。品管圈小组通过查找、分析未执行个体化康复治疗的原因,制定相应对策并实施。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的个体化康复治疗执行率、SSPI评分、治疗满意度高于对照组,BPRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士的品管圈知识、沟通配合能力、解决问题能力、工作积极性、工作责任感、团队凝聚力均较对照组有所提升。结论 QCC活动的开展可以提高精神分裂症患者的个体化康复治疗执行率,改善其精神症状及社会适应能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activity in improving the execution rate of individualized rehabilitation treatment for patients with schizophrenia. Methods Taking 115 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in our department before implementation of the quality control circle activity as control group and 115 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in our department after implementation of the quality control circle activity as observation group. The quality control circle group formulated and implemented corresponding countermeasures by finding and analyzing the reasons for not implementing individualized rehabilitation treatment. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The execution rate of individualized rehabilitation treatment, SSPI score, satisfaction with treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the BPRS score was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The knowledge of quality control circle, communication and cooperation ability, problem-solving ability, work enthusiasm, sense of responsibility and team cohesion of nurses in the observation group improved compared with those in the control group. Conclusion The development of quality control circle activity can improve the execution rate of individualized rehabilitation treatment, mental symptoms and social adaptability for patients with schizophrenia.更多还原
