【摘要】 牙周炎是发生于牙周支持组织的慢性炎症性疾病,以牙周支持组织的进行性破坏为主要特征,是最常见的口腔疾病之一。龈下刮治和根面平整术(SRP)是治疗牙周炎最重要且最有效的非手术治疗方式,但其也有许多不足,如难以全部刮除深牙周袋、部分窄小的根分叉区域的牙结石及菌斑。近年来许多辅助治疗手段相继出现,激光广泛应用于牙周炎的辅助治疗中,目前临床常用的激光包括Er:YAG激光和Nd:YAG激光。Er:YAG激光既能作用于软组织也能作用于硬组织,能有效去除牙结石,且热损伤较小;Nd:YAG激光虽不能有效去除牙结石,且可能造成热损伤,但其具有较强的杀菌、止血止痛作用。本文结合国内外相关文献就SRP联合Er:YAG激光、Nd:YAG激光治疗牙周炎的研究进展做一综述,以期为牙周炎的临床治疗提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs in the periodontal supporting tissue, which is characterized by progressive destruction of periodontal supporting tissue. It is one of the most common oral diseases.Scaling and root planing(SRP) is the most important and effective non-surgical treatment method for periodontitis, but it also has many deficiencies, such as difficult to remove the dental calculus and plaque of deep periodontal pocket, some narrow root bifurcation area. In recent years, many auxiliary treatment methods have appeared one after another. Laser is widely used in the auxiliary treatment of periodontitis. At present, Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser are commonly used in clinic. Er:YAG laser can act on both soft and hard tissues, and can effectively remove dental calculus with less thermal damage; Nd:YAG laser can not effectively remove dental calculus, and may cause thermal damage, but it has strong bactericidal, hemostatic and analgesic effects. This article combined with the relevent literature at homt and abroad reviews the research progress of SRP combined with Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of periodontitis, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of periodontitis.更多还原
