【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在提高面瘫患者面部功能锻炼合格率中的应用效果及对圈员综合能力的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2019年9月在陕西省中医医院针灸四科住院的78例面瘫患者为实施前组,选取2019年10月至2019年12月在陕西省中医医院针灸四科住院的67例面瘫患者为实施后组,分别给予常规面部功能锻炼和基于品管圈活动的面部功能锻炼。比较两组的护理效果。结果实施后组的面部功能锻炼合格率显著高于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施前组的护理满意度显著低于实施后组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动的实施显著提高了面瘫患者面部功能锻炼的合格率,同时也提升了护理人员的综合能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in improving the qualified rate of facial functional exercise of patients with facial paralysis and its influence on the comprehensive ability of circle members.Methods A total of 78 patients with facial paralysis hospitalized in the No.4 acupuncture and moxibustion department of Shaanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital from July 2019 to September 2019 were selected as pre-implementation group, 67 patients with facial paralysis hospitalized in the No.4 acupuncture and moxibustion department of Shaanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital from October 2019 to December 2019 were selected as post-implementation group, and routine facial functional exercise and facial functional exercise based on quality control circle activity were given respectively. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The qualified rate of facial functional exercise in the post-implementation group was significantly higher than that in the pre-implementation group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the pre-implementation group was significantly lower than that of the post-implementation group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle activity significantly improved the qualified rate of facial functional exercise of patients with facial paralysis, and also improved the comprehensive ability of nurses.更多还原
