【摘要】 目的观察玻璃体内注射康柏西普与雷珠单抗治疗湿性黄斑变性的效果及安全性。方法将我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的200例湿性黄斑变性患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例(100眼)。对照组给予雷珠单抗玻璃体注射治疗,观察组给予康柏西普玻璃体注射治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的logMAR、4°和8°视网膜光敏感度、CRA和PCA处的PSV、EDV均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良事件总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论玻璃体内注射康柏西普治疗湿性黄斑变性的效果优于雷珠单抗,且其对视力及眼底微循环的改善效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of conbercept and ranibizumab in the treatment of wet macular degeneration. Methods A total of 200 cases of wet macular degeneration enrolled in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases(100 eyes) in each group. The control group was given intravitreal injection of ranibizumab, and the observation group was given intravitreal injection of conbercept. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the logMAR,4 ° and 8 ° retinal light sensitivity, PSV and EDV at CRA and PCA in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).
