基于CCTA的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病人工智能研究进展

【摘要】 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是一种对人类身体健康有着非常严重危害的心血管疾病,且长期位居我国居民疾病死亡构成的首位。利用多层螺旋CT血管成像技术(Computed Tomography Angiography,CTA)评价冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是目前最常用的检查手段。基于CTA,除了对冠状动脉本身的形态学改变的研究,对血管周围结构的研究近来增多,尤其是人工智能与影像学的相结合,使得冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的研究更显智能、有效,并在功能评价方面有了长足的进步。本文旨在阐述近年来冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病CTA新的研究,及人工智能在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的应用进展。

【Abstract】 Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a cardiovascular disease that has a very serious hazard to human health, and it has long ranked first in the cause of disease death among Chinese residents. The use of multilayer spiral CT angiography(CTA) to evaluate coronary atherosclerosis heart disease is currently the most commonly used screening tool. Based on CTA, in addition to the study of the morphological changes in the coronary arteries themselves, the research of surrounding vascular structures has recently increased, especially the combination of artificial intelligence and imaging has made the research of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease more intelligent and effective, and has made great progress in functional evaluation. This article aims to describe the new research of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease CTA and the application progress of artificial intelligence in coronary atherosclerosis in recent years.
