电子束辐照灭菌对医用防护口罩过滤效率的影响

【摘要】 目的为提高医用防护口罩的灭菌效率,研究电子束辐照灭菌对医用防护口罩过滤效率的影响。方法采用不同剂量(3、4和5 kGy、未灭菌)电子束辐照对10家企业(A~J)生产的医用防护口罩进行灭菌处理,按照GB 19083-2010《医用防护口罩技术要求》,采用TSI 8130自动滤料测试仪测试试样过滤效率。结果试验样品过滤效率不合格,3、4和5kGy剂量的电子束辐照灭菌不适用于医用防护口罩。结论通过电子束辐照对医用防护口罩进行快速灭菌的方案不可行。

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the sterilization efficiency of medical protective masks, the effect of electron beam irradiation sterilization on the filtration efficiency of medical protective masks was studied. Methods According to GB 19083-2010 technical requirements for medical protective masks, testing filtration efficiency of the samples produced by ten enterprises(A~J) and sterilized by different doses(3 kGy, 4 kGy, 5 kGy, unpasteurized) of electron beam irradiation with TSI 8130 automated filter tester. Results The filtration efficiency of the samples was unqualified, and the electron beam irradiation sterilization with the dose of 3 kGy, 4 kGy and 5 kGy was not suitable for the medical protective mask. Conclusion It is not feasible to carry out rapid sterilization of medical protective masks by electron beam irradiation.
