品管圈活动在降低我院血液透析机故障频次中的应用

【摘要】 目的有效降低我院血液透析机的故障频次,降低患者的透析风险。方法利用品管圈的质量管理工具如直方图、柏拉图、鱼骨图等,分析和探讨引起我院血液透析机故障的原因和改进措施,通过主题选定、现状把握、目标设定、要因分析以及对策实施与检讨等措施,形成一套完整的品管圈活动成果,并形成标准化的规范。结果通过开展品管圈活动,2018年我院血液透析机的故障频次有效降低了64%。结论品管圈活动的开展在降低我院血液透析机故障次数上效果明显,下一步可以将该模式经过标准化和总结后,在我院其他医疗设备上全面铺开,提高临床人员的工作效率,保证患者的临床安全。

【Abstract】 Objective To effectively reduce the failure frequency of hemodialysis machine in our hospital and reduce the risk of dialysis for patients. Methods By using quality control circle’s quality management tools such as histogram, Plato and fishbone diagrams, the causes of the hemodialysis machines failure in our hospital and the improvement measures were analyzed and discussed. A complete set of quality control circle activities was formed through the selection of topics, grasp of the current status, goal setting, analysis of main causes and implementation and review of countermeasures, and standardized norms were formed. Results By carrying out quality control circle activities, the failure frequency of hemodialysis machine in our hospital was effectively reduced by 64% in 2018. Conclusion The quality control circle has obvious effect on reducing the number of failures of hemodialysis machine in our hospital. The next step is to standardize and summarize the mode and spread it on other medical equipment in our hospital, so as to improve the work efficiency of clinical staff and ensure the clinical safety of patients.
