医疗设备计量检测闭环管理信息系统的设计与应用

【摘要】 目的:加强医疗设备计量检测闭环信息化管理,提高设备计量管理效率,确保临床医疗设备使用安全。方法基于医疗设备全生命周期管理理念设计计量检测"双闭环"管理体系,并通过信息化手段构建医疗设备计量检测闭环管理信息系统。2018年使用手工管理作为对照组,2019年使用该信息系统管理作为实验组,利用SPSS软件分别对水银血压计的计量检测台数、检测天数进行统计分析和对随机抽取200台设备的证书录入时长进行统计分析。结果计量检测覆盖率从95.3%(对照组)提高到了100%(实验组),两组间差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=13.235,P<0.01);计量工作效率由大量设备集中于两天内完成(对照组)缩短为集中于一天内完成(实验组),两组间差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=338.002,P<0.001);计量证书录入时长由69.66 s/张缩短为12.74 s/张,两组时长的差异具有统计学意义(t=72.695,P<0.001)。结论应用计量检测闭环管理信息系统可有效、全面提高医疗设备计量管理效率,减少医疗设备安全隐患。

【Abstract】 Objective The information system of closed-loop management of metrology of medical equipment should be strengthened to improve the efficiency of metrological management and ensure the safety of clinical medical equipment. Methods Based on the whole life cycle management concept of medical equipment, the "double closed-loop" management system of metrology was designed, and the information system of closed-loop management of metrology of medical equipment was constructed by means of information technology. In 2018, manual management was used as the control group, and in 2019, the information system management was used as the experimental group. SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the number of metrology and metrological days of mercury sphygmomanometer, and for statistical analysis of the recording time of metrological certificate of 200 randomly selected devices. Results The coverage rate of metrology increased from 95.3%(control group) to 100%(experimental group), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=13.235, P<0.01); the efficiency of metrology was shortened from a large number of devices concentrated in 2 d(control group) to a large number of devices concentrated in 1 d(experimental group), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=338.002, P<0.001); the recording time of metrological certificate is reduced from 69.66 to 12.74 s, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=72.695, P<0.001). Conclusion The application of the information system can effectively and comprehensively improve the efficiency of the metrological management of medical equipment and reduce the potential safety hazards of medical equipment.
