乳腺癌MRI诊断与Ki-67、P53表达的相关性
Correlation between MRI Diagnosis and Expression of Ki-67, P53 in Breast Cancer
【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)诊断与Ki-67、P53表达的相关性。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月来我院就诊的120例疑似乳腺癌患者纳入本研究,随机分为对照组和观察组(各60例)。其中,对照组仅使用MRI进行诊断,观察组使用MRI联合Ki-67、P53免疫组织学测定进行诊断,比较两种方法对乳腺癌患者诊断的敏感性及特异性。结果对照组患者检查准确率为85.96%,观察组检查准确率为90.38%,两组患者差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组诊断敏感性为80.00%,特异性为71.67%,观察组患者诊断敏感性为93.33%,特异性为86.67%,两组患者差异均具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。对观察组患者的MRI评分与Ki-67、P53进一步进行Spearman秩相关分析发现,MRI评分与Ki-67、P53均呈现正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 MRI评分与Ki-67、P53表达呈正相关性,三者联合可提高检测准确度,并且能使乳腺癌诊断的敏感性和特异性得到显著提高。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between the diagnosis of breast cancer by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and the expression of Ki-67 and p53. Methods A total of 120 patients with suspected breast cancer who came to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(60 people each). Only MRI was used for diagnosis in the control group, while MRI combined with Ki-67 and P53 immunohistological determination was used for diagnosis in the observation group. The sensitivity and specificity of the two methods for the diagnosis of breast cancer patients were compared. Results The accuracy rate of the examination in the control group was 85.96%, and the accuracy rate of the observation group was 90.38%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity of the control group was 80.00% and the specificity was 71.67%. The diagnostic sensitivity of the observation group was 93.33% and the specificity was 86.67%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The results of Spearman rank correlation analysis on the MRI scores, Ki-67 and P53 in the observation group further found that MRI score was positively correlated with Ki-67 and P53(P<0.05). Conclusion MRI score has a positive correlation with the expression of Ki-67 and P53. The combination of the three can improve the accuracy of detection, and significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of breast cancer diagnosis.
