【摘要】 目的总结耳再造扩张皮瓣强脉冲光(IPL)脱毛综合全面的护理经验,为耳再造扩张皮瓣IPL脱毛术后的护理提供借鉴。方法回顾分析274例耳后扩张皮瓣行IPL脱毛患者的护理资料,实施皮瓣观察、心理护理、治疗后延续性护理等系列流程化护理。结果274例耳后扩张皮瓣脱毛患者术后恢复情况较好,红肿明显15例,疼痛严重者33例,有2例术后发生水疱,经创面护理后痊愈,无破损、溃疡发生。结论术前正确评估皮肤,采取有效的皮瓣观察措施及干预,有利于IPL皮瓣脱毛治疗的顺利完成,预防并减少术后并发症发生,对耳再造全程手术治疗起着至关重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to summarize the ear flap reconstruction expansion intense pulsed light (IPL) depilation comprehensive nursing experience,for the expansion of ear reconstruction flap IPL hair removal of postoperative nursing methods:retrospective analysis of 274 cases of patients with ear line expanded skin flap after IPL hair-removal nursing data,implement flap to observe psychological continuity care series routing nursing care after treatment Results:The postoperative recovery of 274 patients with retroauricular skin flap hair removal was good,15 cases of obvious redness and swelling,33 cases of severe pain,2 cases of postoperative blisters,healed after wound nursing,no damage ulcer occurred Conclusion:Correct preoperative evaluation of skin and effective skin flap observation and intervention are conducive to the smooth completion of IPL skin flap hair removal treatment,prevention and reduction of postoperative complications,and play a vital role in the whole surgical treatment of ear reconstruction.更多还原
