【摘要】 目的观察自制痤疮消炎中药面膜联合口服中药及外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮的疗效。方法 本研究选取2020年1月～2020年12月北京市鼓楼中医医院接受痤疮治疗的60例中重度痤疮患者,辩证属于湿热蕴结型。对照组采用口服中药汤剂、外用夫西地酸乳膏,观察组在对照组基础上加用自制痤疮消炎中药面膜治疗。对比观察组及对照组两组患者治疗前后的皮损积分及治疗的总有效率,对临床疗效进行综合评价。结果 两组治疗后皮损总积分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组与对照组比较,其治疗后皮损总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的62.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 痤疮消炎中药面膜联合口服中药汤剂及外用夫西地酸乳膏治疗湿热蕴结型中重度痤疮疗效显著,安全性高,操作方便异行,可临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made acne anti-inflammatory Chinese medicine mask combined with oral Chinese medicine and external fusidic acid cream in the treatment of damp-heat acne.Methods In this study,60 patients with moderate and severe acne who received treatment in Beijing Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected,which dialectically belonged to the type of damp-heat syndromes.The control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction and topical Fusidic acid cream,while the observation group was additively treated with self-made acne anti-inflammatory Chinese medicine mask on the basis of control group.The score of skin lesions and the total effective rate before and after treatment were compared between the observation group and the control group,and the clinical efficacy was comprehensively evaluated.Results The total score of skin lesions in both groups after treatment was lower than before treatment (P<0.05).The total score of skin lesions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group (62.07%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acne anti-inflammatory Chinese medicine mask combined with oral Chinese medicine decoction and external fusidic acid cream has significant efficacy in the treatment of moderate and severe acne with damp-heat conformation,high safety,easy operation and different operation,and can be popularized and applied in clinic.更多还原
