【摘要】 目的评价开展智能(AI)温控射频技术治疗女性性功能障碍研究的可行性和必要性。方法选择我院就诊的符合《AI温控射频技术在性功能障碍的应用治疗及评价》研究的入组条件的患者3例,基于射频治疗5次,收集及分析治疗前后相关指标变化。结果治疗后,3位患者临床症状均有所好转,盆底肌及性功能均有所提高,FSFI均有所上升。性激素水平和性器官刺激变化不大。结论 AI温控射频技术治疗女性性功能障碍具有显效性和安全性,具有较高的研究价值。盆底肌检查和FSFI可作为判断治疗效果的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and necessity of AI temperature-controlled radiofrequency technology in the treatment of female sexual dysfunction.Methods Three patients who met the criteria of the study "Application and Evaluation of AI temperature-controlled Radiofrequency Technology in Sexual Dysfunction" were selected from our hospital.Based on radiofrequency treatment for 5 times,the changes of related indexes before and after treatment were collected and analyzed.Results After the treatment,the clinical symptoms,pelvic floor muscle and sexual function and FSFI of 3 patients were improved.Sex hormone levels and genital stimulation did not change much.Conclusion AI temperature-controlled Radiofrequency Technology is effective and safe in the treatment of female sexual dysfunction and has high research value.Pelvic floor muscle examination and FSFI can be used as the basis for judging the therapeutic effect.更多还原
