【摘要】 目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植在矫正面部凹陷畸形中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月,自北京大学深圳医院整形外科收治80例面部凹陷畸形患者,男2例,女78例,年龄19～46岁,平均37岁,其中颞部凹陷50例,额部凹陷14例,泪槽沟凹陷6例,鼻唇沟凹陷8例,面部发育不对称2例。80例患者均给予自体脂肪颗粒移植术进行治疗,通过比较面部移植术后与术前图像变化,分析其形态变化。结果 80例实施面部脂肪注射填充患者,随访3～12个月,面部凹陷畸形明显改善且患者满意率高,术中及术后无明显严重并发症。结论自体脂肪颗粒注射填充对面部凹陷畸形治疗效果佳,术后效果持久稳定,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in the correction of facial depression.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 80 patients with facial depression admitted to the Plastic Surgery Department of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,Among them,there were 2 males and 78 females,aged from 19 to 46 years old,with an average age of 37 years old.there were 50 cases of temporal depression,14 cases of frontal depression,6 cases of lacrimal groove depression,8 cases of nasolabial groove depression and 2 cases of facial asymmetry.All 80 patients were treated with autologous fat granule transplantation.Morphological changes were analyzed by comparing postoperative and preoperative facial image changes.Results The 80 patients who received facial fat injection and filling were followed up for 3-12 months.Their facial depression deformity was significantly improved and the patient satisfaction rate was high.There were no serious complications during and after the operation.Conclusion The injection and filling of autologous fat particles has a good effect on the treatment of facial depression deformity,and the postoperative effect is lasting and stable,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
