【摘要】 目的借助皮肤镜观察传明酸辅助治疗黄褐斑患者的临床疗效。方法选取2020年4月～2020年10月本院皮肤科就诊黄褐斑患者20例进行研究,应用传明酸外用治疗,观察患者治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,患者面部黄褐斑情况有明显改善,MASI评分由治疗前的7.16±6.77降至治疗后的3.85±4.14,治疗前后评分具有显著性差异,总有效率为40%,患者满意率达到60%。结论传明酸辅助治疗黄褐斑有助于促进色斑淡化,改善面部肤色状况,而且该治疗操作简单,可居家进行治疗,患者依从性好,值得推广应用。皮肤镜可较客观地评价其疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tranexamic acid on chloasma by dermoscope.Methods 20 patients with chloasma were selected and treated with tranexamic acid in department of dermatology from 2020.04 to 2020.8,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results After 3 months treatment,chloasma was significantly improved on face,and the MASI score decreased from before treatment 7.16±6.77 to after treatment 3.85±4.14.The total effective rate was 40%,and the patient satisfaction rate was 60%.Conclusion Tranexamic acid is helpful to dilute chloasma and improve facial complexion.Also,patients can be treated at home easily,so the patient compliance is good.In conclusion,the therapy of chloasma with tranexamic acid is worthy of clinical application.And dermatoscope can evaluate the curative effect objectively.更多还原
