【摘要】 目的探索运用规范化自护方案提升皮肤软组织扩张术患者护理质量的效果。方法纳入于我科住院行皮肤软组织扩张术的患者120例,按照时间先后分为对照组60例和观察组60例。对照组进行回顾性分析。针对皮肤软组织扩张术患者的常见并发症(皮下血肿、感染、扩张器外露和皮瓣坏死),通过专家咨询和评议的方法并基于证据检索制订出相应的规范化自护方案,规范化自护方案小组成员对方案的使用进行统一培训。比较方案使用前后皮肤软组织扩张术患者并发症发生率和护理满意度差异。结果临床实施规范化自护方案后,皮下血肿、感染、扩张器外露和皮瓣坏死的发生率均有所下降;患者对临床护士的总体满意度的得分均有所提高,与方案实施前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论规范化自护方案有助于降低皮肤软组织扩张术患者常见并发症的发生率,提高皮肤软组织扩张术患者护理质量,提升患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of standardized self-care program on improving the nursing quality of patients with skin and soft tissue expansion.Methods 120 patients with skin and soft tissue expansion in our department were divided into control group(n=60) and experimental group(n=60).The control group was analyzed retrospectively.According to the common complications(subcutaneous hematoma,infection,expander exposure and skin flap necrosis) in patients with skin and soft tissue expansion,through expert consultation and evaluation method and based on evidence retrieval,the corresponding standardized self-care program was formulated,and the standardized self-care program team members were trained on the use of the case.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after skin and soft tissue expansion.Results after the implementation of standardized self-care program,the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma,infection,expander exposure and skin flap necrosis decreased;the scores of patients on the expansion treatment technical operation,health guidance and overall satisfaction of clinical nurses were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion standardized self-care program can help to reduce the incidence of common complications in patients with skin and soft tissue expansion,improve the quality of nursing care of patients with skin and soft tissue expansion,and improve patient satisfaction更多还原
