【摘要】 目的探讨面部软组织损伤患者应用美容外科修复联合重组人生长因子治疗临床效果。方法纳入本院就诊的面部软组织损伤患者共80例,病例纳入时间为2019年11月至2020年11月。随机分设对照组(n=40)开展美容外科修复治疗;研究组(n=40)在对照组基础上联合重组人生长因子治疗,治疗后比对两组瘢痕评分、组织损伤愈合时间及术后瘢痕发生率。结果与对照组比对,研究组瘢痕评分较低,组织损伤愈合时间较短,术后瘢痕发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论面部软组织损伤患者联合应用美容外科修复与重组人生长因子治疗,可显著提升疤痕修复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cosmetic surgery combined with recombinant human growth factor in the treatment of patients with facial soft tissue injury.Methods A total of 80 patients with facial soft tissue injury were enrolled in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020.Control group(n=40) was randomly divided into control group(n=40) for cosmetic surgery repair treatment;The study group(n=40) was combined with recombinant human growth factor treatment on the basis of the control group.After treatment,scar score,tissue injury healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scar score of the study group was lower,the healing time of tissue injury was shorter,and the incidence of complications was lower(P <0.05).Conclusion The combined application of cosmetic surgery and recombinant human growth factor can significantly improve the effect of scar repair in patients with facial soft tissue injury.更多还原
