【摘要】 目的比较不同术式治疗先天性上睑下垂患者的效果。方法选取我院2018年3月、2020年1月期间接收的先天性上睑下垂患者112例作为研究对象,其中接受经眶隔后隧道额肌瓣悬吊术治疗的57例患者作为悬吊组,接受上睑提肌缩短徙前矫正术治疗的55例患者作为提肌组,比较两组临床疗效、并发症状况以及术后1个月、3个月、6个月上睑回缩量。结果与提肌组76.36%(42/55)相对比,悬吊组总有效率92,98%(53/57)明显升高(P<0.05);术后1个月、3个月、6个月悬吊组上睑回缩量少于提肌组(P<0.05);悬吊组并发症发生率为3.51%(2/57),较提肌组18.18%(10/55)少(P<0.05)。结论与上睑提肌缩短徙前矫正术治疗相比较,经眶隔后隧道额肌瓣悬吊术治疗先天性上睑下垂患者,可提高临床疗效,减少上睑回缩量,并确保手术安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Compare the effects of different surgical treatments on patients with congenital ptosis.Methods A total of 112 patients with congenital ptosis admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.Among them,57 patients who received the frontal muscle flap suspension via the retro-orbital septum tunnel were used as the suspension group,and 55 patients who received the levator palpebral shortening and advance correction surgery were used as the levator group.The clinical efficacy,complications and the amount of upper eyelid retraction 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 76.36%(42/55) of the levator group,the total effective rate of the suspension group was 92.98%(53/57) significantly increased(P<0.05);the amount of upper eyelid retraction in the suspension group was less than that in the levator muscle group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after operation(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the suspension group was 3.51%(2/57),which was less than 18.18%(10/55) in the levator group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the advancement correction surgery for shortening of the levator palpebral muscle,the frontal muscle flap suspension via the posterior orbital septum tunnel can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with congenital ptosis,reduce the amount of upper eyelid retraction,and ensure the safety of surgery.更多还原
