【摘要】 浙江省卫生健康委制定和发布了《浙江省手术分级目录(绩效版)》,用于指导医院构建院内手术分级绩效考核体系。二级医院依托医联体内上级医院的指导,三、四级手术占比明显提高,促进了分级诊疗和医疗资源有效配置。该目录集合了浙江省临床专家和疾病分类编码专家的集体智慧,符合浙江省临床实际,能够适用于全省医院绩效考核评价,同时也促进了上级医院构筑医学高峰,与手术资质精细化管理相结合,真正实现了全省范围内的"双下沉、两提升",其成效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Health Commission of Zhejiang Province has developed and released the Zhejiang Province Surgical Grading Directory(Performance Version) to guide hospitals in Zhejiang Province to construct their hospital-level surgical grading performance assessment system. Under the guidance of the higher-level hospitals within the medical alliances, the proportions of grades 3 and 4 surgeries have been increasingly performed in secondary hospitals, promoting the development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment systems and the efficient allocation of medical resources. The Directory embodies the joint efforts and wisdom of clinicians and disease classification/coding experts from Zhejiang Province, and conforms to the clinical practice in Zhejiang Province and can be applied to the surgical grading in the hospital performance assessment inside the province. It also helps to promote the construction of “medical peaks” in higher-level hospitals, which, when combined with the refined management of surgical qualifications, truly realizes the rational layout of high-quality medical resources, by which both medical talents and urban hospitals provide guidance for lowerlevel hospitals and improve both medical service capacity in grassroots hospitals and patient satisfaction, and has made significant achievements.更多还原
