【摘要】 目的:对精神分裂症恢复期患者开展亲社会行为干预,探讨其对患者时间观的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年5月福建省福州神经精神病防治院收治的恢复期精神分裂症患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和干预组,各50例。对照组实施常规治疗与护理,干预组在对照组基础上应用亲社会行为干预。采用津巴多时间观量表(ZTPI)于干预前后对患者时间观进行评定。结果:干预6周后,干预组消极过去、宿命主义时间观评分比对照组低,积极过去、享乐主义、未来时间观评分比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症恢复期患者实施亲社会行为干预可以帮助患者重塑时间观,建立积极健康平衡的时间观念。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To carry out prosocial behavior intervention for patients with schizophrenia in convalescence and explore its influence on time perspective.Method:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia in convalescence admitted to Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital of Fujian Province were selected as the research subjects from June 2020 to May 2021 and divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while the intervention group was given prosocial behavior intervention on the basis of the control group.The Zimbardo time perspective inventory (ZTPI) was used to evaluate patients’ time perspective before and after intervention.Result:After 6 weeks of intervention,the scores of negative past and fatalistic perspective of time in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the score of positive past,hedonic and future perspective of time were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Prosocial behavior intervention can help convalescent patients with schizophrenia rebuild their concept of time and establish a positive,healthy and balanced time perspective.更多还原
