【摘要】 目的:研究地奥司明联合普适泰片对慢性前列腺炎患者的影响。方法:选择2020年4月-2021年5月本院接受治疗的慢性前列腺炎患者84例,随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42),对照组给予普适泰片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合地奥司明治疗,两组患者均治疗3个月。观察两组临床疗效;比较治疗前后血清及前列腺液中巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-2(MIP-2)和巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)水平变化;比较治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)、IIEF-5及QOL评分和最大尿流速;评价治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清及前列腺液中MIP-1α、MIP-2水平较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者NIH-CPSI、QOL评分较治疗前明显降低,IIEF-5评分与最大尿流速明显升高,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地奥司明联合普适泰片治疗慢性前列腺炎效果确切可靠,可能与其显著降低患者血清和前列腺液中MIP-1α和MIP-2水平有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Diosmin combined with Prostat Tablets on patients with chronic prostatitis.Method:A total of 84 patients with chronic prostatitis who received treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=42) and control group (n=42).The control group was treated with Prostat Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Diosmin on the basics of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed;the levels of macrophage inflammatory protein-1 α(MIP-1α) and macrophage inflammatory protein-2 (MIP-2) in serum and prostatic fluid were compared before and after treatment;the NIH-CPSI,IIEF-5,QOL scores and maximum urine flow rate were compared before and after treatment.Evaluated the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group (95.24%) was significantly higher than that of control group (80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MIP-1α and MIP-2 in serum and prostatic fluid of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,NIH-CPSI and QOL scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,IIEF-5 score and maximum urine flow rate were significantly increased,and observation group was significantly better than control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Diosmin combined with Prostat Tablets is effective and reliable in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,which may be related to the significant reduction of MIP-1α and MIP-2 levels in serum and prostatic fluid of patients.更多还原
