【摘要】 目的:探讨颞肌复位联合颅骨修补术应用于大骨瓣减压术后颅骨缺损患者的效果。方法:选取本院2015年1月-2019年9月收治的60例大骨瓣减压术后颅骨缺损患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组30例患者给予颞肌复位治疗,观察组30例患者给予颞肌复位联合颅骨修补术治疗,对比两组临床情况、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、神经功能评分表(NIHSS)及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,两组临床情况(手术时间及住院时间、术中出血量及术中钛钉使用量)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分及NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.67%(2/30),明显低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于大骨瓣减压术后颅骨缺损患者通过实施颞肌复位联合颅骨修补术可促进神经功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生,减轻术后的疼痛,临床各项指标对比无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of temporal muscle reset combined with skull repair in patients with skull defect after decompression of large bone flap.Method:A total of 60 patients with skull defect after decompression of large bone flap in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2019 were selected.According to the random digital table method,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,30 patients in the control group were treated with temporal muscle reset,30 patients in observation group were treated with temporal muscle reset and skull repair.The clinical situation,visual analogue score (VAS),neurologic function score (NIHSS) and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in clinical conditions (operation time,length of stay,intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative use of titanium nails) between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score and NIHSS score in observation group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67% (2/30),which was lower than 26.67% (8/30) of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The temporal muscle reset and skull repair can promote the recovery of nerve function,reduce the occurrence of complications and reduce postoperative pain in patients with skull defect after decompression of large bone flap.更多还原
