【摘要】 目的:分析鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的应用效果。方法:选取本院120例鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者开展本次研究,时间2020年1月-2021年1月,随机将其均分为对照组60例和观察组60例,分别给予传统手术治疗和鼻内镜手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量和术后住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组VAS评分、嗅觉检测评分、复发率和并发症发生率相比,观察组均明显较低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗有效率相比,观察组明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:给予鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内镜手术治疗能够显著提升临床效果,能够有效促使患者恢复,具有推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps.Method:A total of 120 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected to carry out this study from January 2020 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into control group (n=60) and observation group (n=60).The traditional surgical treatment and nasal endoscopic surgery were given respectively and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:The surgical time,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospitalization in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05);the VAS score,olfactory detection score,recurrence rate and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the total effect rate was higher in the observation than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic treatment in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps can significantly improve the clinical effect and effectively promote patients’ recovery and have promotion value.更多还原
