【摘要】 目的:观察祛腐生肌膏对慢性皮肤溃疡创面修复的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年8月济南市中医医院外科门诊及住院的100例慢性皮肤溃疡患者为研究对象。将其随机分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(46例)。治疗组采用中药祛腐生肌膏治疗,对照组采用黄柏液治疗,两组均治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.19%,高于对照组的63.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3、10、20 d后,两组血清TNF-α及IL-1β水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛腐生肌膏对慢性皮肤溃疡患者创面的修复效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Qufu Shengji Ointment on wound repair of chronic skin ulcer.Method:A total of 100 patients with chronic skin ulcer admitted in outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=54) and the control group (n=46).The treatment group was treated with Qufu Shengji Ointment,and the control group was treated with Cortex phellodendri liquid.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.19%,which was higher than 63.04% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 3,10 and 20 d of treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-1β in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Qufu Shengji Ointment on wound repair of patients with chronic skin ulcer is remarkable.更多还原
