【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿推拿法联合穴位按摩在小儿支原体肺炎(MP)感染后慢性咳嗽中的护理应用。方法:采用前瞻性随机试验方法,将2018年2月-2019年11月本院收治的MP感染后慢性咳嗽患儿168例作为研究对象,采用掷硬币法分为两组,每组84例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上进行小儿推拿法联合穴位按摩治疗。观察两组患儿治疗14 d后治疗效果、治疗前及治疗14 d后咳嗽症状评分。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组咳嗽症状评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿法联合穴位按摩在小儿MP护理中应用,可以改善患儿咳嗽症状,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the nursing application of infantile massage combined with acupoint massage in chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) infection.Method:A total of 168 children with chronic cough after MP infection in our hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by coin tossing method,84 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group received infantile massage combined with acupoint massage on this basis.The cough symptom scores before and 14 days after treatment in the two groups were observed.Result:After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the cough symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of infantile massage combined with acupoint massage in MP nursing can improve the cough symptoms of children and improve the treatment effect.更多还原
