【摘要】 目的:探讨对不同类型及程度弱视儿童给予视感知觉训练后获得临床效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2018年6月-2020年5月收治的240例弱视儿童按照数字奇偶法分组,治疗组120例采用矫正眼睛配戴+视感知觉训练方法完成疾病治疗;参照组120例采用矫正眼镜配戴+遮盖法;对比两组不同程度及不同类型弱视治疗总有效率。结果:治疗组轻度、中度及重度弱视患儿治疗总有效率均高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗组屈光不正性弱视儿童治疗总有效率同参照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组屈光参差性弱视儿童治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗组斜视性弱视儿童治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:视感知觉训练方法的有效运用,可使不同程度及不同类型弱视儿童治疗效果显著提升,有效改善弱视儿童预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of visual perception training for children with different types and degrees of amblyopia.Method:A total of 240 cases of amblyopia children admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were divided into two groups by digital odd-even method.In the treatment group (120 cases),patients were treated with corrective eye wear and visual perception training.The reference group (120 cases) used corrected glasses+cover method.The total effective rate of amblyopia treatment of different types and degrees were compared among groups.Result:In different degrees,the total effective rate of children with mild,moderate and severe amblyopia in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05).In terms of different types,the total effective rate of ametropia amblyopia in the treatment group was not significantly different from that in the reference group (P>0.05).The total effective rate of children with anisometropia amblyopia in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of strabismus amblyopia in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective use of visual perception training method can significantly improve the treatment effect of children with different degrees and types of amblyopia,and improve the prognosis of children with amblyopia.更多还原
