【摘要】 目的:明确微波消融(microwave ablation,MWA)治疗肺癌临床效果和成功率。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月在本院行CT引导下行结节微波消融术治疗的肺癌38例。详细记录微波消融术时间、微波消功率、术后复查CT了解疗效、术后30 d并发症发生情况及短期随访结果。结果:术后30 d并发症:气胸3例(7.9%),肺出血2例(5.3%),少量胸腔积液1例(2.6%)。术后复查CT显示,肿瘤原位完全灭活消融成功率达100%。短期随访结果表明,38例随访1～18个月,平均(13.4±4.8)个月。1年后近期疗效:CR 5例,PR 30例,SD 3例,总缓解率92.1%(35/38),总临床获益率为100%(38/38)。结论:对不能耐受或拒绝外科手术的肺癌结节患者,MWA治疗是一种微创成功率高且早期疗效好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the clinical efficacy and success rate of microwave ablation (MWA) in the treatment of lung cancer.Method:From January 2017 to January 2019,38 cases of lung cancer treated by CT-guided microwave ablation of nodules were selected.The microwave ablation time,microwave power dissipation,postoperative recheck CT to understand the curative effect,the occurrence of complications in 30 days after the operation,and the results of short-term follow-up were recorded.Result:Complications 30 days after operation:pneumothorax in 3 cases (7.9%),pulmonary hemorrhage in 2 cases (5.3%),a small amount of pleural effusion in 1 case (2.6%).Postoperative CT scan showed that the success rate of complete inactivation and ablation was 100%.The results of short-term follow-up showed that 38 cases were followed up for 1-18 months,with an average of (13.4±4.8) months.One year later,there were 5 cases of CR,30 cases of PR and 3 cases of SD.The total remission rate was 92.1% (35/38),and the total clinical benefit rate was 100% (38/38).Conclusion:MWA treatment of lung cancer nodules is a new treatment method with high success rate of minimally invasive surgery,good early curative effect for patients who cannot tolerate or refuse surgery.更多还原
